Shipping + Returns
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from your date of purchase. We deliver via USPS ground and priority mail services. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as tracking information for the shipment.
If you have any problems with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can rectify the situation. We work hard to resolve any issues that arise in an effort to make our customers as happy as possible!
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can help resolve the issue. While we are happy to replace any damaged items, we do require a photograph as proof of the damage or defect to do so. Similarly, if an item is missing from your order, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of your entire order including the packaging.
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to USPS directly. Unfortunately, once we ship an order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.
